The programs aims to provide strategic directions to the staff that could benefit them in improving their management and leadership skills as they move forward to more challenging roles in their respective institutions. Dr. Jaime Aristotle B. Alip, CARD Founder, stated that at CARD MRI, capacity-building is always a priority. He emphasized that CARD MRI will continue to support its officers and staff in reaching their full potential to become stronger in leading the fight against poverty.
