Digital Financial Innovations. The legacy of the late Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Nestor A. Espenilla, Jr. in promoting financial inclusion in the Philippines continues as a social transformation initiative named after him was launched during the Fintech Alliance Summit on March 26, 2019. The Governor Nestor A. Espenilla, Jr. Institute for Growth towards National Inclusion, Transformation, and Empowerment (IGNITE) aims to bring access to online financial services to about 25 million Filipinos.
