(CMPHI) was established on November 10, 2016 primarily to provide services for the safety and maintenance of real and personal properties owned or belonged to the member institutions of CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI). It is also engaged in the purchase and acquisition of land and buildings, its development, construction and leasing with the main purpose of supporting the growing business needs of CARD MRI. Briefly, it aims to effectively administer, secure and consolidate CARD MRI’s properties such as land and buildings to maximize their uses and benefits.
