5.Quotation or Estimate of the equipment, property, vehicle, computers, or laptops to be purchased if the loan applied for is for asset acquisition

What are the available loan products from CARD LFC?
a)Working capital loan wherein it is disbursed in the form of cash
Asset Acquisition loan is use for productive and personal use wherein the loan is intended to buy property, real estate, vehicle, machinery, equipment’s such as laptop, desktop, servers, gadgets ETC.
What are the requirements needed by CARD LFC after pre approval?
a. Post Dated Checks
b. Down payment of at least 10% for equipment, property, vehicle, computers, laptops if the loan applied is for asset acquisition
What are the Loan Term and Interest rates of CARD LFC?
a)Loanable amount starts from P200,000 to P5,000,000
b)Loan’s can be paid from 3 months to 60 months term
c)The nominal Interest rate is as low as .83% to 2% per month
d)Loans are payable on monthly, quarterly or based on cash flow
e)Collateral Free loan is up to P200,000
How long will it take to get my loan?
a)If documents are complete, it takes 5 working days to process loans up to P1,000,000
b)If documents are complete, it takes 10 working days to process loans from P1,000,001 up to P2,000,000
c)If documents are complete, it takes 15 working days to process loans from P2,000,001 up to P5,000,000
