Who We Are
CARD MRI RIZAL BANK, Inc. is a microfinance-oriented rural bank established in May 1996. On January 25, 2013, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the transfer of ownership of CARD MRI RIZAL BANK, Inc. to the CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions. The CARD MRI RIZAL BANK, Inc.’s Head Office was also transferred to Sta. Cruz.

CARD MRI RIZAL BANK, Inc. aims to build a sustainable financial institution that is owned, managed, and controlled by landless, rural women by continuously providing them the access to financial services. We organize and empower these women by instilling in them values of discipline, hard work, and saving in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
How We Do Things
We implement methodologies that stem from values of competence, family spirit, integrity, humility, simplicity, excellence, and stewardship. We put the welfare of our members first; carefully crafting strategies that would make us deliver our products and services effectively.
