Due to the adverse effect of Tropical Depression ‘Verbena’, across various provinces, and pursuant to Executive Order No. 74-A series of 2025, issued by the Bacolod City Government, the bank’s management, have decided to declare work suspension on November 25, 2025, in the following Branch-Lite Units (BLUs):

This is to ensure the safety of our clients and staffs, prevent any accidents, and avoid or minimize damages and casualties that the typhoon may bring.

Our alternative delivery channels (i.e. konek2CARD and DCM) will remain accessible for any transaction.

The rest of the branches and BLUs are open from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
