Due to the recent developments regarding Super Typhoon ‘Nando’ and its impact on various provinces, particularly in Northern Luzon, and in line with Memorandum Circular No. 97 from the Office of the President of the Philippines, which declares a work suspension for government offices in the identified affected areas, please be informed that the bank’s management has decided to implement a work suspension and the closure of the following branch and BLUs on September 22, 2025:

This is to ensure the safety of our clients and staffs, prevent accidents, and minimize damages and casualties from the super typhoon.
Our alternative delivery channels (i.e konek2CARD and DCMs) are available for your convenience.
The rest of the branches and BLUs are open from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
