Fashion Shows

Fashion and Poverty Eradication are two lines that seemingly would not meet. But at CARD-BDSFI, we made that happen. Through our Mga Likha ni Inay Fashion Show, we promote our clients’ products by showcasing their artistry and craftsmanship.

We found our models in our very own backyard. Taking center stage are our clients and their children, CARD scholars, staff and clients. We also feature the talents and culture of our clients from indigenous groups during the fashion show. We believe that they can best represent our collection since they can relate with the Mga Likha ni Inay products–how they are intricately made, the communities involved in making them and the families that will be benefited once it is sold.

Local/International Trade Fairs

What better way to link our clients to the mainstream market is to bring them where the market is. One of our regular activities is to bring our clients and their products to local and international trade fairs. We implement this strategy to increase sales and purchases from the communities.
